Breakfast:
2 large fried eggs (pan sprayed with butter flavored pam)
1 cup skim milk
Lunch:
Lettuce
2 T Caeser Dressing
10 medium shrimp
Dinner:
Rice Cakes
PB
Fruit Spread
Fuji Apple
1 cup milk

And 64 oz of water
