4 oz. frozen Tyson frozen chicken breast
1 box brocolli and cheese (small square box from the freezer)
1 cup skim milk
Dinner:
Lettuce
2 T Caeser Dressing
10 medium shrimp
1/2 can pineapple
And 64 oz of water
